The Festive Gift of Harmony
Offering Tie Guan Yin is a gesture of peace and elegance. Its complex layers of flavour symbolize the rich possibilities of the year ahead. Presented in an ornate, festive tin, it is ready to be gifted and shared during the winter holidays, bringing warmth and calm to any celebration.
Brewing Guidelines
TGY is best brewed using the Gongfu method to enjoy multiple infusions. Use water just below boiling (195–205°F / 90–95°C). Steep for short bursts (30–60 seconds initially) and increase time with subsequent infusions. Recommended for 5–7 delicious infusions.
