Sift 1–2 teaspoons (2-4g) of Matcha into a bowl. Add 2oz (60ml) of hot water (170°F / 77°C). Whisk rapidly using a bamboo whisk (Chasen) in a "W" or "M" motion until a smooth, bright green foam forms on top. Enjoy immediately.
